Malik Exchange & Refund Policy 

At Malik (AI Incorporation), we want you to feel happy and confident with your purchase. While we make sure every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch, we also understand that sometimes exchanges or refunds may be needed. Here’s how our policy works in simple terms: 

Unstitched Fabrics 
  • You can exchange fabrics only if there’s a clear defect like weaving faults, stains, or shortages.
  • Once the fabric has been cut, washed, or altered in any way, we won’t be able to take it back.
  • Please keep the fabric unused and in its original packaging for the exchange to be valid.
Ethnic Wear
  • If you face a size issue or find a defect, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags still attached.
  • Refunds are only given if the wrong item or a defective product is delivered to you.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
Non-Returnable Items
  • ​Customized or stitched garments (since these are tailored just for you). 

Refunds

  • Refunds are usually processed as store credit so you can shop again at your convenience.
  • If needed, we can also refund back to your original payment method.
  • Once approved, refunds take around 7–10 business days to reflect.
Quality Check & Reporting Defects 
  • Every product is carefully checked before shipping.
  • ​If you spot a defect, please let us know with photos or videos within 24 hours of receiving your order.
